All images found at Vanity Fair
There's something about images of the 1920's & 30's that makes my heart skip a beat. Almost a feeling of nostalgia, as if I've been there before... Strange, I know, but that's how I feel. I'm loving these night scenes from some of Europe's pioneers in photography: Brassaï, Ilse Bing, Robert Doisneau, and André Kertész. Wish I could make it to New York to see them up close at the Bruce Silverstein Gallery.
