Back to work today after the Australia Day long weekend. A weekend filled with BBQ's with wonderful friends both old and new, too much food, and plenty of laughs.

My thoughts go out to those affected by the floods right now. It's just devastating.

Happy 2013! Above you can see my little cheese platter I whipped up for New Year's Eve. What did you all get up to? We celebrated with a small, wonderful group of 7. Evening swims in the pool, great food and wine, and plenty of laughs. Twas perfect.

I'm not one for New Year's resolutions. All I know is that this is going to be an exciting year! 13 has always been my lucky number...
